M by Jase Lior (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website at https://jaselior.com and how we protect it. It covers visiting the site, subscribing to our newsletter, buying a print and enquiring about a Feng Shui consultation.

Who we are
M by Jase Lior is a fine art photography print studio based in New South Wales, Australia. For any privacy question or request, email us at M@JaseLior.com.
What we collect
Newsletter: your email address.
Print orders: your name, email, shipping and billing address and order details.
Enquiries and consultations: your name, email and anything you choose to tell us about your space.
Automatically: technical data such as your IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.
Payment card details go straight into Squarespace’s secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil and deliver orders, answer enquiries and consultation requests and run the website. We send our newsletter only to people who have subscribed. We also keep records where the law requires.
Marketing emails
We only email subscribers. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your details.
Who we share it with
Our website, store, checkout, newsletter and analytics run on Squarespace, which processes this data for us. Prints are dispatched by the artist through hand-picked print labs. We don’t sell your personal information. We share it otherwise only where the law requires. Some providers may store data outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep the store working and to understand how the site is used. We ask for your consent to non-essential cookies. You can manage them through the consent banner or your browser settings.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your information only as long as we need it. That means until your order is complete, your enquiry is answered, our legal obligations are met, or — for subscribers — until you unsubscribe. After that we delete or de-identify it. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure, though no online transmission is ever completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter whenever you like. Just email M@JaseLior.com. If you’re in the EU or UK you also have rights under the GDPR. If you’re in California you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Children
Our products are made for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date shown above.
