Welcome to M by Jase Lior. These terms apply when you use our website at https://jaselior.com and when you buy a print from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and our FAQ which cover our editions, sizes, shipping and care in more detail.
In these terms, “we” and “our” mean M by Jase Lior. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order.
Our prints
We sell fine art photography prints in two lines:
Open editions are produced in unlimited numbers across a range of sizes.
Limited editions are produced in a fixed number across all sizes combined and released in phases. Once an edition sells out, no further prints are created. Each is hand-signed and numbered by Jase Lior and comes with a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ documenting its edition and provenance. Two ‘Artist Proofs’ sit outside the numbered edition, following standard fine-art practice.
All prints are produced to order on museum-grade archival fine art paper with archival pigment inks. They are supplied unframed. Where a white border is shown, it is included as described on each artwork page.
Colour and appearance
Screens display colour differently, so your print may vary slightly from what you see on your device. Natural variation in paper, tone and printing is part of a handmade fine art product and is not a fault.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken securely at checkout. Prices may change between release phases. If a price is listed incorrectly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.
Shipping and delivery
Prints are dispatched by the artist. Each is carefully rolled and protected, ready for framing on arrival.
Open editions: complimentary shipping within Australia. International tracked delivery is a flat $45 AUD.
Limited editions: complimentary worldwide tracked delivery.
Risk passes to you on delivery. For orders shipped outside Australia you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Damaged prints
Every artwork is inspected and packaged carefully before dispatch. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, contact us at M@JaseLior.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly. Please don’t return anything unless we ask you to.
Returns and change of mind
Because every print is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Copyright and use of images
All images remain the copyright of Jase Lior. Buying a print gives you the right to display it for your own personal enjoyment or interior styling. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. You may not copy, scan, reproduce or create other products from the print without our written permission.
Consultations and mentoring
Feng Shui consultations and photography mentoring are offered by request and subject to availability. A request does not guarantee a booking. Any guidance we offer is a personal recommendation given in good faith.
Our liability
We provide the site and our prints with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date shown above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
